• →Have experience working in early years or preschool settings
• →Bring a joyful, upbeat, and engaging presence when working with children
• →Be able to confidently incorporate songs and rhythm instruments such as shakers, drums, and sticks into programming (ability to play an instrument is a plus, but not required)
• →Be confident leading interactive music and movement sessions
• →Be comfortable supporting light administrative/back-end tasks (organizing materials, assisting with schedules, and following company protocols)
• →Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and maintain positive working relationships with educators, Centre Directors, and myself
• →Be comfortable with part-time hours and travel between locations
• →Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (ability to drive between locations is required)
• →Must hold a current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)

Requirements:

• 1 year experience teaching children ages 18 months – 4 years
• Experience in music education an asset
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
• Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR

• Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements
