Overnight Caregiver / CNA 12 hour shifts!

Where: River Falls - additional cases in St Croix County and Washington County
When: 12 hour Overnights 6pm-6am
Wage: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

As an Overnight Caregiver/CNA, you will:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance
Provide companionship and overnight supervision
Assist with repositioning, ambulation, and safety monitoring
Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
Support active and passive range-of-motion exercises as outlined in the care plan
Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
Maintain accurate documentation and client confidentiality

Qualifications

Current CNA certification or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical caregiving tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
