Location: New England, ND 58647, US
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support secure construction projects at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom. In this role, you will monitor construction activities involving secure government facilities, including SCIFs, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor construction activities at secure government facilities.
  • Observe personnel, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure security compliance.
  • Identify and report security concerns or unauthorized activities.
  • Verify compliance with ICD 705 and other security standards.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain daily surveillance reports.
  • Coordinate with Government Site Security Managers (SSMs), construction teams, and security personnel.
  • Support facility inspections and accreditation activities.
  • Follow all DoD, Intelligence Community, and customer security policies.
  • Work weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • Current Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction security surveillance, TSCM, industrial security, construction quality assurance, or construction supervision.
  • Minimum 2 years supporting overseas DoD construction projects.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction experience.
  • U.S. Department of State CST Course (SE631).
  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Training.
  • Site Security Manager (SSM) certification.
  • ICD 705 certification or experience.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Special Access Program (SAP) projects.
  • Knowledge of SCIF construction standards, TEMPEST, and TSCM.
