About the Role

We are seeking skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians with strong electrical troubleshooting experience to support a high-speed manufacturing environment. This facility operates 24/7, so candidates must be open to day or rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
→Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
→Work with Engineering teams to install, test, and commission equipment
→Maintain maintenance records in CMMS systems
→Troubleshoot PLCs, AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers
→Support industrial networking systems including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet
→Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and rotating equipment systems
→Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
→Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, hoists, and testing instruments safely

Requirements

Strong electrical and industrial maintenance background required
Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems
Multi-craft experience in electrical, mechanical, and electronics maintenance preferred
One of the following required:
- Associate degree in Electronics, Robotics, General Technology, or related field + 3 years industrial maintenance experience
- Completion of apprenticeship program + 3 years industrial maintenance experience
- OR 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
