Nurse Manager II

• →Lead day-to-day operations of the Operating Room to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• →Inspire, mentor, and develop nursing teams and emerging leaders
• →Drive performance through KPI tracking (quality, safety, efficiency)
• →Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and all regulatory standards
• →Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization
• →Manage departmental budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives
• →Champion patient safety and continuous quality improvement programs
• →Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
• →Support strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required (MSN preferred)
• Active California RN License
• BLS Certification
• 5+ years of patient care experience in acute care
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Strong Operating Room (OR) experience in a hospital setting
