Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Producer

**Job Summary:**
Brightway Insurance is seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Producer with a valid 2-20 Florida license to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance to individuals by using consultative sales techniques.

**Responsibilities:**
- Selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance to individuals using consultative sales techniques.
- Identifying prospective customers using established lead methodologies for new business.
- Counseling and advising prospects and policyholders on matters of insurance coverage tailored to their specific situational needs.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships.
- Participating in various incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales and exceed production goals.
- Exceeding sales goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
- Must currently hold a valid 2-20 Florida Insurance License.
- Ability to commute to the Tamarac, FL office.
- Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday from 9-5.
- Experience in a high-paced sales environment preferred.
- High School Diploma.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines.
