→2+ years of experience in estimating, production planning, quoting, or a similar logistics-focused role in a fast-paced, client-facing environment (experience within a creative agency or branded merchandise industry preferred)
→Exceptional attention to detail and strong ownership over your work
→Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight timelines
→Financial awareness with a strong focus on maintaining healthy margins
→A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
→Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex details in simple, client-friendly terms
→Comfort working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
→Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or Asana and ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Front is a plus
