Salesforce Lead Developer 

 

 

Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience, including direct leadership of Salesforce Sales Cloud development teams

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  2. Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, from requirements analysis through deployment and release management
  3. Design and implement scalable solutions for Sales Cloud modules, including Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, Territory Planning, and Forecast Management
  4. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and align solutions with organizational sales strategies
  5. Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and security protocols
  6. Manage project timelines, coordinate task assignments, and proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks
  7. Optimize Sales Cloud processes and configurations to enhance sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and territory alignment
  8. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend innovative features or enhancements to maximize business value

Required Skills:
  1. Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization
  2. Hands-on experience with Opportunity Management and Sales Automation
  3. Proficiency in Territory Planning and Forecast Management within Sales Cloud
  4. Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  5. Skilled in configuring Salesforce workflows, process builder, and validation rules
  6. Experience with Salesforce data modeling and integration tools
  7. Proficient in version control systems such as Git for Salesforce projects
  8. Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and permission sets

Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other sales-related Salesforce add-ons
  2. Expertise in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
  3. Familiarity with Einstein Analytics or Salesforce reporting tools
  4. Knowledge of third-party Salesforce integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)

Desired Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or higher
  3. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
