Bringoz is looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist who can bridge strategic content creation with technical campaign execution and business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with operational and analytical thinking, a marketer who knows how to write compelling content, manage complex campaigns, connect marketing systems, analyze performance data, manage and maintain related tools, and execute across multiple inbound and outbound channels.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience in B2B SaaS, mission-critical enterprise software, and mid-market to enterprise environments in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead generation process, nurture programs, and GTM initiatives
  • Manage and optimize inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Build and execute email sequencing and automation workflows
  • Manage HubSpot operations, CRM flows, and lifecycle automation
  • Create high-quality marketing content for campaigns, website, email, social media, and sales enablement
  • Connect and manage integrations between HubSpot and tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn, and other sales/marketing platforms
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Build and maintain marketing and business BI reports and dashboards
  • Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI
  • Manage campaign budgets and operational execution
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, CS, and Leadership teams to align growth strategies
  • Assist in improving marketing processes, operational efficiency, and reporting structures

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Experience marketing mission-critical software solutions
  • Strong experience with HubSpot (mandatory)
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound channels
  • Hands-on experience with email sequencing and marketing automation
  • Experience integrating marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience building BI reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing budgets
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment

Advantage

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, mobility, or operational technology
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience working closely with sales and business operations teams
