Scottsdale Fine Jewelers is hiring an experienced Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to join our newly renovated showroom in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This is a high-touch, relationship-driven sales position for someone who understands that luxury sales is not about pressure — it is about trust, taste, follow-through, product knowledge, and creating a client experience people remember.

What You’ll Do
As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you will help clients celebrate life’s most meaningful occasions while building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business, referrals, and lasting trust.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with fine jewelry, diamond jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary gifts, custom jewelry, and luxury watches
- Delivering a polished, consultative, service-focused sales experience
- Building strong client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, thank-you communication, and personal attention
- Learning client preferences and helping them select pieces that fit their style, occasion, and budget
- Supporting showroom presentation, merchandising standards, and a luxury retail environment
- Partnering with teammates, managers, goldsmiths, and support staff to provide an excellent client experience
- Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail with every client interaction
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is polished, confident, trustworthy, and motivated by both sales results and client relationships.
Preferred experience includes one or more of the following:
- Fine jewelry sales
- Diamond sales
- Engagement ring or bridal jewelry sales
- Luxury watch sales
- Designer jewelry sales
- Luxury retail sales
- High-end fashion, handbags, accessories, cosmetics, furniture, art, automobiles, hospitality, or other premium client-facing sales experience
- Clienteling or relationship-based sales
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients
You should be comfortable with:
- Building trust quickly
- Asking thoughtful questions
- Following up consistently
- Presenting premium products with confidence
- Working as part of a team
- Maintaining a polished, professional appearance
- Learning product details and communicating value clearly
- Handling high-value merchandise with care and accuracy
