Role Purpose Build and manage relationships with key B2O accounts across the MENA region, including businesses, schools, universities, and government organisations. Working closely with Sales and Delivery teams, you will help partner organisations maximise value from our solutions, achieve their objectives, and benefit from an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us. Main Accountabilities Support the successful onboarding, delivery, and ongoing management of B2O accounts across the MENA region. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure partner organisations are smoothly onboarded, trained on relevant products and systems, and receive a high-quality service experience. Acting as a key point of coordination, you will manage enquiries, resolve service issues, support delivery changes, and help drive continuous improvements based on stakeholder feedback. Provide accurate reporting and operational support to strengthen account performance and customer outcomes. This includes maintaining client data and service records, producing insights and performance reports, monitoring engagement and programme outcomes, and supporting monitoring and evaluation activities. You will work with Account Managers to identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and improved service delivery through data-driven insights and proactive account support. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations while supporting business development and commercial operations. You will identify opportunities to add value through British Council products, services, events, and resources, contribute to key account plans, and support the generation of repeat and new business. In addition, you will ensure the effective administration of invoices, payments, contracts, and supplier documentation, while coordinating colleagues and stakeholders to deliver activities on time and to agreed quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Essential * Proven experience managing client accounts and building strong customer relationships. * Good relationship management capability * Local language at C2 level for speaking and writing. English level at B2 speaking and writing * University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or discipline Desirable * Sales or Marketing qualifications * B2O Sales experience particularly with education and government sectors * Experience of English Language Teaching and/or Assessment * Familiarity with Salesforce or use of similar CRM Important Information Job Grade: 4/H Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Gross Monthly Salary: 645 JOD Location: Jordan Closing Date: 22 July 2026 This role is only open for candidates who have the legal right to live and work in the job location A connected and trusted UK in a more connected and trusted world.
