Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the effective day-to-day delivery of teaching operations at a local level by coordinating key administrative processes and ensuring operational continuity. The role supports delivery readiness, safeguarding compliance, and serves as a key link between teaching and operational teams. It contributes to the smooth running of classes, supports the timely resolution of operational issues, and ensures accurate communication and documentation across stakeholders to deliver a high-quality learning experience.
Main Accountabilities
Support the effective delivery of teaching operations by providing high-quality administrative, customer service, and logistical support. This includes managing student registration, re-registration and customer care processes in line with corporate policies, maintaining accurate customer and financial records, preparing routine documentation and reports, and supporting internal and external activities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. The role also contributes to process improvement through basic data analysis and review of operational information.
Provide a positive customer experience by acting as a point of contact for enquiries, responding promptly and escalating more complex issues where appropriate. Proactively communicate and collaborate with teaching and operational teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and minimise the impact of complaints, resourcing challenges, logistical disruptions, or technical problems on teaching delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant risk management and safeguarding requirements, including child protection, security, financial controls and data handling standards, escalating any instances of non-compliance when necessary. Monitor and manage small-scale resources to ensure equipment and materials are available when required, while planning and prioritising workload effectively and coordinating colleagues or external suppliers to deliver tasks to agreed quality and time standards.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer focused environment.
* Written and verbal proficiency in English is essential, as British Council systems and global processes are conducted in English.
* Operational Management skills

* Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills

* Gross Monthly Salary: the starting salary for PB4 is EUR 1059
