The shift pattern would require you to work days and nights and two out every five weekends. The average shift pattern is 33.6 hours a week, although this can be topped up by covering your colleagues holidays.

£19.91 per hour, average weekly hours 33.6 giving a weekly pay of no less than £668.98

  Monitoring staff attendance on site.

  Discussing welfare issues with site-based staff to ensure safe working practices are maintained.

  Calling staff to deal with any shortfalls in manning, arranging cover if any staff call in sick or fail to attend.

  Escalating concerns about staff performance to their managers.

  Respond to alarms and incidents, and take appropriate action

  Coordinate with security personnel on the ground to ensure a swift response to any security breaches.

  Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

  Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and emergency services.

  Prior experience as a Control Room Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
