About the Role
~1 min readThe Project Management Lead is a high-impact leadership role designed for a "PM Guru" who balances strategic organizational design with a "hands-on" approach to execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of all Broadsign projects - spanning internal strategic initiatives, cross-departmental process improvements, and high-stakes external customer deliveries.
As a Lead, you won't just oversee a department; you will define the "Broadsign Way" of project management. You will mentor a talented team, while personally managing critical projects. Your goal is to move the needle from "Excellence as an ideal" to "Excellence as a service" by building predictable, scalable, and efficient delivery frameworks that empower our global teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Build the Playbook: Design and implement a centralized Project Management methodology and practice that balances rigor with the agility needed in a growing SaaS environment.
- Drive Organizational Change: Act as a catalyst for "better ways of working," equipping the company with tools and methodologies to manage change more effectively and predictably.
- Mentor & Scale: Lead, mentor, and develop the PM team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Full-Cycle Project Management: Directly manage a portfolio of the company's most complex projects (internal and customer-facing) from inception to completion.

- Customer Delivery Strategy: Partner with the Services and Sales teams to ensure external customer projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the high quality Broadsign is known for.
- Standards & Frameworks: Establish standardized reporting, KPIs, and project health metrics to provide the C-suite with clear visibility into portfolio execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Plan scientifically for uncertainty, ensuring potential risks in both internal roadmaps and customer integrations are identified and mitigated early.
- Communication: Provide "one source of truth" reporting to the executive team on project health and risks.
