Claims Manager (Construction Industry)

Location: Waco, TX | Work Type: On-Site, Full Time | Pay: $60,000 - $80,000/year

  • Document claims thoroughly with notes, photos, and detailed reports.
  • Coordinate resolutions and help guide projects toward successful outcomes.
  • Balance technical assessments with professional customer service and conflict resolution.
What You Bring:
  • Construction industry experience, ideally in flooring, tile, countertops, remodeling, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations objectively.
  • Clear customer communication skills with homeowners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple claims.
  • A valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to local job sites as needed.
