CNC & BACA Operator

• Operating CNC and BACA machines to fabricate stone countertops and components
• Reading and interpreting job specifications, drawings, and measurements
• Ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the cutting and shaping process
• Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues
• Collaborating with the shop team to keep production moving efficiently

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a fabrication or manufacturing setting
• BACA experience (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
