CNC Machinist/Programmer
Quick Summary
CNC Programmer St. Clair / Roseville Area, MI | In-Person | $76,000 to $98,000 Join a precision machining team where you can own the programming, support the floor, and help expand high-precision prototype and production capabilities.
Strong CNC programming experience in a machining environment. Ability to work from a print or model and help get the part made, not just edit existing programs.
Are you a real CNC programmer who can take a model or drawing, build the machining approach, and help get quality parts out the door? This is a strong opportunity for someone who likes working close to the machine, solving problems in real time, and helping turn complex prototype and low-volume work into stable, repeatable processes. Centracore is looking for a hands-on CNC Programmer who can support current milling work while also bringing valuable turning knowledge as the team expands its capabilities.
- Competitive pay, with a target range of $76,000 to $98,000.
- High-impact role with visibility across the team and real influence on throughput and process execution.
- Hands-on shop floor involvement, including setups, prove-outs, first articles, test cuts, troubleshooting, and operator support.
- Opportunity to work in a rapid prototyping and precision machining environment where every day is not the same.
- Strong fit for someone who enjoys taking parts from print or model to finished production.
- Valuable chance to bring turning expertise to a team that is already strong in milling and wants to grow its lathe capability.
- Immediate need with meaningful work ready from day one.
