Construction Developer

Currently, we are searching for an Orlando-based Construction Developer for a nationally recognized energy efficiency and plumbing industry company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing projects for correctional facilities across the U.S., working alongside internal teammates, and turning concepts into reality to ensure all projects are planned and installed correctly.

• →Create project submittal packages.
• →Manage water conservation projects for clients across the U.S. with a heavy focus on coordinating specialty subcontractors and related equipment.
• →On-site material and layout walkthrough/inspection.
• →Facilitate change orders from the field to the customer.
• →Conduct post-installation review with project superintendents.

• 75% in-office work / 25% travel across the U.S. to project sites. Travel will almost always be during the week (not weekends) and last only a few days.
• Able to pass government security clearances and drug screening.
• Experience with hands-on mechanical applications such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC is highly preferred!
