Countertop Fabricator

• →Shape, grind, polish, and finish stone surfaces by hand
• →Complete edge profiles, sink cutouts, faucet holes, and detailed finishing work
• →Operate tools such as grinders, polishers, and routers to achieve high-quality results
• →Inspect materials and finished pieces for defects or inconsistencies
• →Read and interpret shop drawings and templates accurately
• →Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• →Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
• →Work efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing craftsmanship
• →Communicate with team members regarding progress and quality concerns

• Experience in stone fabrication (granite, quartz, marble) preferred
• Strong skills using hand tools (grinders, polishers, routers)
• High attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to read shop drawings and templates
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

• You take pride in your craftsmanship and produce consistent, high-quality work
• You stay organized and keep your workspace clean
• You work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy
• You are reliable, punctual, and accountable for your work

• Shop setting with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy materials
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
