Countertop Installer

We’re seeking skilled Countertop Installers with proven experience in residential or commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, representing our company professionally onsite, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. • →Install a variety of countertops (quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate, etc.) with accuracy and care
• →Perform onsite measurements, templating, adjustments, and final fitment
• →Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, grinders, polishers, and lasers
• →Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop tickets, and installation plans
• →Load, transport, and unload materials with attention to safety and product protection
• →Communicate professionally with customers, builders, and project managers
• →Troubleshoot issues onsite and make adjustments for a flawless finish
• →Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols

• 1–3+ years of countertop installation experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of stone, quartz, or solid-surface materials
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfort using installation tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekends depending on project load
