Field Service Technician II (Creedmoor)

Location: Creedmoor, TX | Work Type: Full-Time | Pay: $18.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:As a Field Service Technician, you'll be out in the field ensuring equipment is safe, fueled, and functioning. Picture this—each day you:

• Diagnose and repair company equipment and machinery onsite.
• Fuel and lubricate equipment at required intervals (typically every 8 hours).
• Perform technical inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete and document repairs using internal systems for time tracking and parts management.
• Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and departments to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain service trucks—keep them clean, stocked, and ready for action.
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and report or correct any unsafe conditions immediately.

• What You Bring:At least 2 years of industrial/heavy equipment maintenance experience, OR
• A technical degree and 1+ year of experience, OR
• Relevant military service in a related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with computer-based repair diagnostics.
• Ownership of tools or willingness to purchase them.

• Preferred Qualifications:ASE Certifications in Diesel Automotive
• Training certificates from John Deere, Caterpillar, Case
• Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) certification
• Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

• Required Licenses & Driving Requirements:Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License
• Clean driving record with 5 years of documented history (MVR required)
