• Assist experienced installers with transporting and installing stone countertops.
• Learn how to safely handle granite, quartz, marble, and other stone materials.
• Use tools and equipment to help measure, level, and secure countertop installations.
• Support job site preparation, cleanup, and material organization.
• Work closely with the installation team to deliver high-quality finished projects.

• Strong Work Ethic - Motivated to learn, show up consistently, and work hard.
• Mechanical Aptitude - Comfortable using tools and working with your hands.
• Team-Oriented Attitude - Willingness to learn from others and contribute to the crew.
• Physical Capability - Ability to lift heavy materials and work in active job site environments.
• Construction or Trade Experience (Preferred) - Previous experience in construction, installation, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
