What You'll Be Doing

• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance across multiple locations.
• Conduct safety training and assist with safety meetings.
• Perform facility walk-throughs and identify potential hazards.
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and compliance documentation.
• Support forklift certification, fleet safety, and incident reporting.
• Partner with HR on workers' compensation and safety-related matters.

What You Bring

• 6+ months of safety coordination or workplace safety experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety documentation.
• Experience with OSHA 300 logs, incident reporting, or compliance tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment.
• Ability to work independently and promote a culture of safety.

Preferred Experience

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Workers compensation reporting experience.
• Silica, concrete, stone, manufacturing, fabrication, construction or industrial experience.
