The Marketplace Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across Brooks’ Premium Platform Program in EMEA. This role focuses on hands-on campaign execution, performance monitoring, and partner collaboration, working closely with the Senior Marketplace Marketing Specialist and internal stakeholders to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across online partner platforms.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute digital marketing campaigns across EMEA Direct Business channel and partner platforms in line with seasonal and always-on strategies.
- →Support planning and rollout of campaigns with premium platform partners to drive visibility, traffic, and sales.
- →Coordinate with EMEA E-commerce, Digital Media, Creative Studio, and Direct Business teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand, product launches, and promotions.
- →Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, traffic, conversion).
- →Support SEO, SEM, and paid media execution in collaboration with Digital Media teams.
- →Assist in managing day-to-day partner communications and operational tasks.
- →Support the coordination and execution of offline partnership events
- →Manage and track campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple platforms.
- →Support competitive analysis and marketplace trend tracking.
- →Maintain budget tracking and performance summaries for campaigns.
- →Stay informed on marketplace platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Understanding of the AI landscape, particularly in the Marketing space, preferred.
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Zalando is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
