Quality and Compliance Coordinator
Quick Summary

- Conduct programmatic consumer record reviews; document and report findings to Manager
- Maintain CARF accreditation evidence files and support documentation tracking
- Assist with QI tool development (record review forms, monitoring instruments, surveys)
- Enter and maintain data in compliance tracking systems; support performance dashboard maintenance
- Coordinate satisfaction survey administration (consumer, staff, vendor, stakeholder)
- Support audit scheduling, document preparation and outcome research and analysis.
- Assists in tracking, reviewing and updating agency policies and procedures
- Represent department on QI Committee as delegated; participate in statewide QA meetings as delegated
- Support Quality Improvement and Compliance Committee, Health & Safety Committee, and Compliance Workgroup
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Strong administrative skills and knowledge of office procedures and equipment are essential to this position.
- Must be able to be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, take comprehensive notes and be highly organized.
- The incumbent must be a self-starter who is able to handle multiple problems and keep the department functioning smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copiers, filing cabinets.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Two days per week in office, three days per week from home.
This position requires minimal if any travel.
Nice to Have

- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment. Quality/Compliance work within a healthcare or human services organization preferred.
