Responsibilities
~1 min read• Serve as the trusted HR partner to SELAM leadership and people managers, participating in meetings, talent reviews, and workforce planning discussions
• Advise on org design, span of control, and structure changes as the business evolves
• Advise leaders
• Own end-to-end hiring for SELAM roles: briefing managers, coordinating search and headhunters (where needed), managing candidate experience up until onboarding.
• Apply the MOW Recruitment Process and keep an accurate view of open roles and pipeline health.
• Run the annual talent review cycle for SELAM, ensuring calibration and succession plans for critical roles
• Partner with managers on career development and internal mobility across the sub-region
• Coordinate the Talent agenda and succession plan (timeline, actions) across the other MOW sub-regions, ensuring the output is delivered by the Head of Region and Regional PX Lead for each.
• In collaboration with our resourcing team (PRO), identify skill gaps and coordinate trainings, development programs, upskilling.
• Coach managers through performance conversations, team dynamics, and change management
• Handle ER matters directly, escalating to Head of PX or legal when required
• Stay current on local employment law across South Europe & South America, while keeping policies updated.
• Use workforce data (headcount, turnover, survey results) to identify risks and recommend action. Analyse data and create ad hoc reporting info for leaders.
• Drive the engagement survey locally and the follow-up action plan.
• Lead local rollout of MOW-wide people initiatives and support organizational change
• Manage resignation/termination processing and exit interviews, ensuring a professional and compliant exit experience
• 6+ years progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles.
• Multi-market exposure across South America (Mexico, Brasil, Argentina) & South Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece). Preferably with an international background, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics effectively.
• Comfortable operating as a strategic partner and a hands-on operator
• Strong data literacy: comfortable with dashboards and people analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Consulting mindset: a proven ability to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English and Spanish, additional languages as Portuguese or Italian are a plus.
