Intelligence Recruiter

The Intelligence Recruitment Specialist will create and execute successful recruiting strategies to find the talent needed for our CONUS & OCONUS intelligence programs.

• →Perform the full lifecycle recruiting of cleared personnel using traditional and non-traditional methods of sourcing, screening and interviewing
• →Appropriately screen, interview, and conduct initial and final offer negotiations when filling each job requisition,
• →Source candidates through traditional job boards and social media networks to include Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms, but will also need to have a broad network of their own beyond these sites to identify candidate referrals
• →Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships
• →Ability to work independently and provide updates as needed to company leadership
• →Maintain established relationships with hired employees over time and support company retention strategies
• →Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes

• 4-7 years of experience operating in IC (Intelligence Community); Overseas deployment experience a bonus
• Experience in identifying, recruiting, and hiring cleared candidates with TS/SCI clearances
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
• Self-starter with exceptional communication, time management, and communication skills
• Must be able to follow processes and be a quick learner.
• Strong negotiation skills that will benefit both the interest of the candidate and the success of the company
• Prior military intel experience a plus.
