Legal Counsel (Regulatory & Licensing)
Quick Summary
At least 3 years of experience specializing in financial regulation. Deep knowledge of crypto regulatory frameworks, traditional fintech structures, or payment service laws.
Lead and project-manage applications for VASP, MiCA, MSB, and other regional financial licenses globally.
Monitor, analyze, and brief the executive team on shifting global crypto regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FCA, MAS developments).
Partner closely with the Compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational policies and audit-ready workflows.
Qualified lawyer.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience specializing in financial regulation.
Deep knowledge of crypto regulatory frameworks, traditional fintech structures, or payment service laws.
Exceptional relationship-building skills for interacting with regulators, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management.
Hands on at work and can be independent in managing complex projects whilst still working as part of a team.
Great communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Familiar with crypto use cases.
