BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to turn business and engagement goals into user-centered web experiences with strong gaming and gamification elements.

Design end-to-end web experiences for trading, rewards, missions, leaderboard systems, and campaign features that balance usability, excitement, and performance.

Create interaction patterns and engagement loops that encourage participation, retention, and repeat usage through progression, achievements, and event-based mechanics.

Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and that final experiences align with product and engagement goals.

Maintain and evolve the web design system and reusable components to support consistency and scalable delivery across product and promotional features.

4–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in gaming, gamified consumer products, trading platforms, fintech, or crypto-related products.

Proven experience designing gamified features such as missions, rewards, progression systems, daily tasks, achievements, or leaderboard mechanics.

Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and design systems, with the ability to create intuitive yet engaging experiences.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and improve products through continuous iteration.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Good understanding of blockchain, crypto exchange mechanisms, and trader behavior; experience in GameFi is highly preferred.

Experience in live ops, seasonal campaigns, or retention-focused product features.

Strong visual design skills, with the ability to create polished, engaging, and high-quality UI for gamified product experiences.
