~3 min read- Designs monthly website slides and rotating banner creative for all 14 Bud Clary store websites in alignment with OEM brand standards.
- Builds and maintains design templates in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or Canva to enable AI-scaled banner production across the store group.
- Produces email creative including monthly templates, store-level adaptations, and one-off campaign blasts.
- Edits and publishes short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Coordinates the sales-rep video content program — receiving raw footage from sales staff via the marketing ticketing system, editing, captioning, brand-stamping, and publishing across appropriate store social channels.
- Captures or coordinates photo and video coverage for store events, community sponsorships, and inventory features.
- Maintains brand consistency across all 14 stores, including logo treatment, color palette, typography, disclaimer placement, and OEM brand compliance.
- Designs print, POP, and in-store signage as needed, working with internal stakeholders and external print vendors.
- Maintains the master content calendar across all store social profiles and coordinates with the Marketing Coordinator on intake of local campaign requests.
- Reviews and approves agency-produced creative against brand standards before publication.
- Stays current on platform trends, OEM creative guidelines, and emerging AI tools relevant to creative production.
- Reports to the Marketing Manager on creative output cadence, ticket close rates, and brand quality metrics.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Familiarity with After Effects and Lightroom preferred.
- Working proficiency in Figma or Canva for design system management.
- Experience with short-form video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
- Familiarity with dealer website content management — Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, or DealerOn — is a plus.
- AI tool experience preferred — including generative video tools (Seedance, Higgsfield AI), image tools (Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney), and language models (ChatGPT, Claude) for ideation, asset generation, video production, and copy support.
- Experience publishing across Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines across multiple brands and stores.
- Strong eye for brand consistency, typography, and detail.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter with the ability to chase content from sales staff and ship deliverables on schedule.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of professional experience in graphic design, content production, in-house marketing, or marketing agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work is required.

This role is based at our Kelso, WA Corporate Office.
Office areas are heated and air conditioned.
The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional field work for store events and on-location photo/video capture. Occasional travel to Bud Clary store locations across Washington State is required.
