The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or senior solicitor (two to six years' PQE) with corporate transactional experience to join a highly experienced team led by Nick Bragg and Sarah McEwan. 


In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety of corporate matters with a focus on private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets transactions, corporate advisory and governance matters.  


This team works for a range of top domestic and international clients on interesting and complex corporate transactions including on some of the largest and most high-profile transactions in the New Zealand market, as well as working with New Zealand's start-up sector advising both investors and growth companies on making or taking early-stage capital investments.

  • Have two to six years' PQE in corporate law with experience in M&A and corporate transactions
  • Show a high level of attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly
  • Be passionate about furthering your career in corporate law
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and keen on developing yourself through continuous learning.
