You’ll be the face of Bug House in your local community, helping to protect customers’ homes, businesses, and families from pests.

• →Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• →Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
  • →Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • →Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
  • →Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • →Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • →Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• →Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
