Wildlife Professional

• →Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• →Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
  • →Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
  • →Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
  • →Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
  • →Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
• →Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• →Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• →Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet 
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
