We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform day to day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow application. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs and key ITIL processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
They will coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Run reports, configure service level agreements (SLAs), and perform instance branding and customization
Managing CMDB health by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration.
Creates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users
Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects.
Analyze the current environment and propose automation whenever possible.
Maintain Service Catalog
Troubleshoot issues for staff and customers
Work with ServiceNow support team to resolve issues.
Minimum Qualifications
BS Degree and in Computer Science or related field and three (3) years' experience.
Service Now Certification
Must had SME knowledge level in ITSM, HR and Source-to-Pay and ITIL
Communication skills to communicate at all levels of the organization
Flexible schedule
Other duties as assigned.
