Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Install replacement windows, doors, trim, and related products from start to finish
- →Remove existing windows and doors and prepare openings for installation
- →Perform finish carpentry work with attention to detail and craftsmanship
- →Use hand and power tools safely and according to manufacturer specifications
- →Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites as part of a team
- →Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- →Follow installation schedules, job specifications, and safety standards
- →Complete installation paperwork and project documentation
- →Provide professional, courteous service to homeowners throughout the project
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- 2+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or related construction experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
