Staff Accountant

• →Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.
• →Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
• →Prepare internal financial statements and perform financial analysis.
• →Review inventory accounts and resolve discrepancies with operations and IT.
• →Support internal and external audits.
• →Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• →Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and solve accounting issues.
• →Maintain accurate accounting documentation and perform other accounting duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Agility and NetSuite preferred); QuickBooks; BlackLine; ASW; or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• Intercompany reconciliation and consolidation experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
