Operations & Strategy Internship (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Operations & Strategy Intern on a rolling basis, with a minimum commitment of six months. Are you a motivated student nearing the end of your studies or a recent graduate with a structured mindset, a proactive attitude, or a passion for detail? As an Operations & Strategy Intern, you’ll become part of our core Ops team - solving real problems across private market investing. You’ll take ownership in one of four focus areas depending on your strengths and interests, and support process execution, improvement, and scale. While track placement will reflect business needs, you’ll remain part of the broader Ops team with opportunities to explore other areas during your time with us. We've 4x our ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs on the platform, and just closed our $35M Series B in May 2026. We're looking for ambitious people who want real ownership of hard problems, and who care about building infrastructure that actually matters to the people using it.
