Plant Operator

We are seeking reliable and skilled Plant Operators to join our friendly team on a casual basis, in Oakey on the Darling Downs, South-East Queensland. A vibrant and attractive regional area perfect for work and living.

• Manufacturing animal feed to customer specifications.
• Operating plant and equipment efficiently.
• Receiving raw materials, including weighbridge operation, forklift work, and unloading bagged materials.
• Preparing and dispatching finished products.
• Completing pre-operational safety checks.
• Assisting other team members as required.
• Participating in Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.
• Complying with all statutory requirements and company policies, including WHS, HR, Environment and Quality standards.

• A current forklift licence with hands-on experience is required.
• Proficiency in operating plant machinery.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be physically fit as the position will be labour-intensive.
• Experience in animal feed production is an advantage, but not essential.
