Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and be part of a proactive and dynamic team environment? Bundaberg Sugar is seeking a motivated and energetic Fitter and Turner to join our team. If you have a robust background in the manufacturing and/or sugar industry, thrive in an exciting industrial setting, and have a "can-do" mindset, we want YOU!

As our next qualified Fitter and Turner, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our refinery and packaging plant equipment. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to ensure the seamless running of our operations in our high-paced environment of the sugar refinery and packaging department.

The successful applicant will possess the skills necessary to carry out refinery maintenance, capital projects goals and objectives and be required to:

• →Autonomously undertake maintenance for the refinery and packaging plants.
• →Work as part of the refinery maintenance crew to meet the agreed maintenance targets.
• →Liaise with other personnel in undertaking maintenance throughout the factory.
• →Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment is a desirable part of the role.
• →Actively participate in and support Company Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.
