About the Role
~1 min read- Act as the main point of contact between the B2B and production teams
- Coordinate B2B client orders from request to completion
- Share production updates and results with the B2B team
- Identify operational issues and help find solutions with relevant teams
- Collaborate with team leads and production managers to plan order execution
- Ensure client needs are clearly communicated to production and supply teams
- Work with operational data and planning in Excel
- Contribute to improving and building internal processes
- Strong English skills for daily communication and information handling
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan work effectively
- Experience working with Excel
- Operational mindset and ability to coordinate processes end-to-end
- Flexibility and willingness to grow with a developing role
- Openness to change as the role evolves with the team
