About the Role
~1 min read- Write clean, modular SQL and use dbt to build, maintain, and scale data models in BigQuery
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support marketing, sales, and product teams
- Analyze key e-commerce KPIs (LTV:CAC, ROAS, cohort retention, conversion funnels) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support self-service analytics by contributing to ThoughtSpot setup and semantic layer configuration (TML)
- Collaborate with data engineering and data teams to ensure data availability, quality, and proper upstream implementation
- Monitor data pipelines (Airflow, Airbyte) and identify/resolve data quality issues
- Contribute to data documentation, metric definitions, and data governance practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence (preferably in e-commerce, tech, or SaaS)
- Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of cloud data warehousing (BigQuery)
- Experience or knowledge of dbt for data transformation and Git/GitHub for version control
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot) and self-service analytics concepts
- Ability to work with Python or spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis
- Understanding of key e-commerce metrics (LTV:CAC, ROAS, cohort retention, conversion funnels)
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
