ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of Wholesale and B2B Partnerships at BURGA will play a key role in scaling our global wholesale business and expanding the brand’s presence across international retail markets.
Your role: You will own BURGA’s end-to-end B2B growth strategy, from identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships to developing scalable sales systems and leading a high-performing team. We are looking for a commercially driven leader who understands how to grow physical product brands through wholesale channels, establish long-term retail partnerships, and turn market opportunities into meaningful revenue growth.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple departments to ensure BURGA’s B2B strategy is aligned with the overall business vision and executed with speed, creativity, and precision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define and execute BURGA’s global B2B and wholesale strategy, set KPIs, and implement scalable sales processes to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the B2B sales team, including sales managers, agents, and contractors, fostering a performance-driven team culture.
- Manage key wholesale partnerships, lead negotiations, and approve major commercial decisions, including pricing, payment terms, marketing budgets, and other strategic initiatives.
- Represent BURGA at international trade shows and industry events, build a strong professional network, and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead strategic B2B initiatives, including retail expansions, co-branded collaborations, corporate gifting programs, and custom product partnerships.
- Oversee successful product launches in wholesale and retail channels, coordinating pricing, partner pre-orders, packaging, and production.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure smooth order execution, resolve operational challenges, and align B2B initiatives with the company’s business strategy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5-6+ years of experience leading B2B/wholesale sales teams in physical product brands.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through wholesale channels.
- Experience working with international retail partners and distributors.
- Strong track record in presenting brands at global trade shows and industry events.
- Experience selling physical products (tech accessories, lifestyle, fashion, or similar industries).
- Demonstrated ability to build structured sales systems and advanced sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior-level clients.
- Ability to solve complex sales challenges creatively and drive deals forward even in difficult situations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
- Fluent English.
SALARY: 5500-8000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
