About the Role
~1 min readHead of Print Technology at BURGA is a key engineering leadership role focused on ensuring that our manufacturing processes are stable, scalable, data-driven, and continuously improving. You will be responsible for driving technological excellence across production by solving complex manufacturing problems, improving print quality and process capability, and building robust technological standards across the factory.
Your role: You’ll work at the intersection of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, NPD, and Continuous Improvement — ensuring that every product we launch can be manufactured consistently, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. This role is built for someone who combines deep manufacturing technology knowledge with analytical problem solving and a systems-thinking mindset.
This is not a “firefighting” role. We are looking for someone who can identify root causes, standardize processes, and build long-term technological stability across manufacturing operations.

- Act as key technical partner in New Product Development (NPD), ensuring manufacturability and smooth industrialization before serial production
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, CI, and Production teams to improve overall manufacturing performance and efficiency
- Promote a data-driven, standardized, and continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations
- Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field

- Practical knowledge of structured methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, CAPA, Lean, or Six Sigma
- Experience with manufacturing process control, quality systems, and process capability improvement
- Participation in NPD / industrialization or new product launch processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with production data and drive evidence-based decisions
