About the Role

You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: We’re looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to help maintain structure and efficiency in daily production operations. In this role, you’ll support the administrative side of manufacturing, ensuring that materials, data, and internal processes are well organized and up to date.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage inventory of production raw materials and spare parts
- Administer the integration of new products into the production system (product entries, design uploads)
- Oversee the administration of production tools and equipment
- Ensure clear information flow within the production team
- Support the resolution of day-to-day operational production issues
- Help structure and improve raw material ordering processes
- Work with operational data and planning using Excel
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience working with Excel and other computer tools
- Strong attention to detail and persistence when working with many small details
- Ability to organize processes in a structured way
- Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
- Independence and proactive attitude
- English language skills (at least B2 level)
Experience in working with manufacturing or ERP systems and/or working in supply, inventory or materials management would be a huge plus.
