ABOUT THE POSITION

Video Editor at BURGA is more than just a title – it’s a front-row seat to the stories that make people stop scrolling and start engaging. You’ll be the driving force behind high-performing ads that not only look great but deliver measurable impact.

Your Role: Video Editor you'll blend hands-on editing with bringing fresh ideas to the table while guiding the team toward best-in-class execution. From campaign kickoffs to final exports, you’ll make sure every piece of content feels sharp, on-brand, and ready to perform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Edit world-class performance ads that not only meet but exceed creative strategist briefs.

- Work closely with the growth team to develop video content that authentically represents the brand and drives views and conversions across platforms.

- Ensure all videos meet quality standards and your work meets tight deadlines.

- Analyze your work, campaigns, competitors, along with media buyers' and creative strategists insights.

- Take charge of video ideation and creation.

- Share best practices, editing techniques, and performance insights with the team.

- Act as an example of speed, quality, and creative thinking for other team members.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience in performance ad editing for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

- Track record of producing top-performing creative in a high-paced, data-driven environment.

- Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and experience in Photoshop.

- Skilled in building high-retention edits through hooks, pacing, structure, and visual trickery.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

- Excellent storytelling skills.

- Understanding of camera gear, lighting, and animation is a plus.

SALARY: 2800 - 3600 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
