  Prepare print-ready files for products, optimizing designs for different materials and product types.

  Work closely with designers to refine designs, create mockups, and ensure smooth production flow.

  Ensure designs are technically accurate, consistent, and aligned with BURGA’s aesthetic.

  Support the team with any technical design needs and contribute to optimizing workflows.

  Stay updated on design trends and continuously improve design execution.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - these are essential tools for the role.

• Attention to detail with the ability to create precise and accurate design files.

• Experience with emerging AI design tools to enhance workflow and creativity. 

• Strong understanding of aesthetics, including color theory, typography, and design principles.

• A keen interest in fashion and design, with the ability to execute creative concepts.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
