- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed outage work packs for the major overhaul, including 1st (axial), 2nd, and 3rd (centrifugal) stage compressor components.

- Create and manage the outage schedule, work breakdown structure, critical path, and resource loading (crafts, materials, tools, and spare parts).

- Identify, sequence, and prioritize maintenance tasks (inspection, disassembly, refurbishment/replacement, reassembly, testing) and ensure proper logic for dependencies.

- Coordinate with Engineering for technical scope, drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and special tools required for the overhaul.

- Ensure all planning activities align with Company QA/QC, HSE, mechanical integrity, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and issue work packages, permits to work, lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures, and risk assessments.

- Engage with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts, consumables, and tooling; track long-lead items and vendors.

- Manage change control, deviations, and field changes; maintain accurate progress reporting and metrics (progress vs. plan, earned value, look-ahead schedules).

- Collaborate with outage lead, maintenance supervisors, and craft supervisors to optimize manpower and equipment utilization.

- Provide pre-outage planning deliverables (pre-job packs, risk assessments, spare parts lists) and post-outage closeout documentation.

- Lead or participate in daily planning/coordination meetings, facilitating clear communication between company stakeholders, vendor, and client teams.
