Product Manager

• →Own and manage product initiatives from ideation through execution and launch
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities
• →Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product roadmaps and user stories
• →Drive product delivery and coordinate execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations teams
• →Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering
• →Monitor product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to inform decision-making
• →Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure regulatory and operational alignment
• →Support process improvements and operational scalability across products
• →Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
• →Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities effectively to stakeholders
• →Contribute to improving overall product development processes and product culture within the organization
• →Assess and address technical risks.
• →Facilitate the production and maintenance of proper product documentation

• 3–6+ years experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles
• Strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
• Experience working in fintech, crypto, payments, financial services, or high-growth technology environments is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and execution capability
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong product intuition

• Experience with crypto/web3 products or digital asset platforms
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, Linear, or similar platforms
• Technical understanding of APIs, product systems, or infrastructure concepts
• Data analysis or product analytics experience
