Reconciliation & Settlement Analyst (Fiat & Crypto)

• Perform daily reconciliation of fiat and crypto transactions across multiple payment channels and blockchain ledgers.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and blockchain transactions.

• Monitor settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers.

• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to streamline reconciliation workflows.

• Generate reports on reconciliation status, outstanding issues, and financial discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements for financial transactions.

• Assist in process automation and system improvements for reconciliation efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in reconciliation and settlement, preferably in fintech, banking, or crypto.

• Strong understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain transactions, and financial ledgers.

• Proficiency in financial reconciliation tools, Excel, and data analysis.
