We’re currently expanding our team and looking for experienced Customer Service Agents who are passionate about travel and dedicated to helping clients with care and professionalism.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry (airlines, OTA, travel agency, etc.)

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Proficient in Sabre GDS (mandatory)

Knowledge of Amadeus GDS is a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to work independently

Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
